1. Better Teacher –Child relationship.
2. Reduction in corporal punishment.
3. Child centric pedagogy followed in classrooms.
4. Increased number of co-scholastic activities in the school curriculum.

There is a visible change in the classroom environment and classroom management.
Teachers from government schools have begun to appreciate the GSK pedagogy and have adopted some of the practices in classroom teaching. They have also begun to participate with the children in sports, in school maintenance, in songs, and other co scholastic activities. They have begun to sit with the children on the floor. Most importantly corporal punishment is no longer seen in these classrooms.
