Vishnu has been working at GSK for the past 15 years and has played a key role in the execution of the programmes at GSK. He challenges the form of education practiced in the country and uses his reflection to execute programmes.
Ashok Kumar Sharma - Academic Coordinator
Ashok has been working with us for 11 years and has a master’s degree in arts and a bachelor in education. He also is a part of Action research programmes and enjoys reading stories.
Naresh Kumar Gautam - Accounts Officer
Naresh is an enthusiastic accountant who has been a part of the team from its initial stages and has a Masters in Commerce. He is always eager to have an interesting conversation.
Lokesh Rathore - Cashier and Data Operator
Lokesh is a hardworking individual who helps with every step of the programme for the past 11 years and is a B.A graduate from RSCIT . You will often find him making his colleagues laugh. Lokesh is also responsible for maintaining the website.
Jitendra Kumar Agrawal - Assistant Accountant
Jitendra Kumar has a bachelors in Commerce from RSCIT. He is a hardworking and ever smiling team member. He enjoys a game of cricket and is an enthusiast of the sport.
Suresh Chand - Primary Teacher
Suresh has been with us for the past 9 years and has a master’s degree in Arts and a Bachelors in education. He has a way of understanding the students which has led him to have a great connection with his school.
Man Singh Sirra - Team Leader
Man Singh has been a part of the team for the past 13 years with a Triple Masters degree and Bachelors in education. Living in Jaganpura he also acts as a representative of the community.
Rajesh Kumawat - Team Leader
Rajesh has been in the field of teaching for the past 13 years and is a post graduate in Arts with bachelors in education. He is a supportive team leader. He enjoys reading and writing stories, poems based on his experience with children and communities.
Jabid Khan - Community Leader
With a constant cheerful smile Jabid is a delight. He works with the community and SMC members to improve their awareness and ensure their active participation. He challenges the shackles of society and discusses the same.
Tarun Kumar Sharma - Teacher
Tarun Kumar has a Bachelors degree in Science and education. He enjoys making new creative initiatives and encourages others to do the same and is currently a part of Action Research Programme for English.
Prithviraj - Sports & Art Teacher
He is state level football and cricket player. Currently working as a Sports teacher at the Uday School since 2009. Mr. Prithviraj has a good carpentry skill so he decided to use his skills and knowledge at a school. He is an enthusiastic and active participant in all activities.
Bhola Shankar - Resouce Teacher
Bhola Shankar is a curious and innovative teacher who is a part of the Vistaar programme. He has a Masters degree in Arts and a Bachelors degree in Science and Education. He creates a good relationship with the government teachers and empathizes with the challenges they face.
Man Singh Gurjar - Support Staff
Mansingh has been with us for the past 11 years and is a support at the STEAM Lab which is located in Bodal. He enjoys conversations and long walks.
Sumer Bairwa - Community Leader

Murari Lal - Sports & Art Teacher
He is state level kabaddi and kho-kho player. Currently working as a Sports teacher at the Uday School since 2011. Mr. Murari has a good pottery skill so he decided to use his skills and knowledge at a school. He is an enthusiastic and active participant in all activities.

Jagdish is a jolly and active teacher who is a part of the STEAM Lab programme and has a Bachelors degree in Science and education from RSCIT. He has an interest in understanding the methodologies that are most effective with students.

Arshad holds an MA in Theatre and Media for Development from the United Kingdom and an MSW with a specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from India. He currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the Peer Youth Leadership Programme in Sawai Madhopur and Tonk, Rajasthan, focusing on youth development and leadership.
